Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by rtp jili are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer description. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, per device, and per payment method.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

A bet is considered accepted only once the platform has confirmed the bet with a unique bet reference number visible in the player's bet history. Bets that display an error message or do not generate a confirmation number have not been accepted and carry no liability for rtp jili.

Void Bets

rtp jili may void bets in the following circumstances: where a market was opened or settled in error due to a data feed failure; where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the defined settlement period, or abandoned without a result; where the odds offered were the result of a manifest technical error (e.g., odds of 1.01 on an event with no clear favourite); or where bet acceptance was the result of a software error rather than deliberate market pricing.

Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake amount. rtp jili will never void a bet after the event has concluded solely because the outcome was unfavourable to the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the rtp jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, or republish any part of the rtp jili platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform's software or code.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtp jili's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the platform, or any transaction conducted on the platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player to their rtp jili account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rtp jili shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if rtp jili was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Any loss suffered as a result of gambling activity, including but not limited to wagering losses, which are an inherent and accepted risk of participation in gambling services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rtp jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by rtp jili, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

rtp jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account action:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Submission of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity documents during the KYC process.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may attract an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month dormancy threshold, applied against the remaining account balance.
• Receipt of a legally valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account restriction or closure.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the responsible gaming tools or through the support team.

Voluntary Account Closure
